Sock Club is now accepting applications for a full time member of our design team, working within the Sock Club and Custom by Sock Club brand. This designer will be assigned creative duties, to be completed within deadline, while collaborating with the entire Sock Club team. The job will offer hands-on experience and direct insight into a creative team designing and producing popular apparel. Designers can expect to work with a variety of clients , participate in long term projects, and have the opportunity to deliver great work.

This position will require working directly with clients on deliverables, and product development. As a member of our full service design team, be prepared to learn new techniques for new mediums and collaborate & adapt with a small, yet growing team.

Each member of our design team brings a specialized and unique perspective to solve the problems our company faces on a daily basis. A vested interest in a particular aspect of art, design or other creatively pliable skill is a key part of our team’s diverse skill set.

Applicants must have an understanding of fine art / design principles and a keen eye for patterns and geometry. A working understanding of customer service and strong communication skills are necessary for day to day duties. A four-year degree in graphic design or other related field (i.e. advertising, art direction, fine arts) is recommended, with 1 - 3 years of working experience preferred. Applicant must be located in Austin or willing to relocate, we are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Sock Club is looking for a full-time Marketing Strategist to join our growing team in Austin, Texas! We’re seeking someone who is equal-parts business-minded and creative problem solver, with a natural curiosity and enthusiasm. Our ideal candidate gets excited about things like: impacting customer acquisition costs and revenue growth with smart marketing strategy, planning tactics to execute marketing strategy successfully, learning about the ever-changing trends of the marketing landscape, running data-driven marketing experiments, and measuring the results + ROI of marketing tactics. Excellent communication skills, a can-do spirit, the ability to be self-directed, and a strong business sense are also a must.

An ideal candidate has these minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related degree preferred

• Experience with SEO / SEM campaigns, and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Paid Social Ads, Web Optimization
• Experience developing marketing strategy and executing corresponding tactics
• Fluent in social media, and experienced with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest
